A CHAYIL Power Group (CPG) is like an enhanced cell group with added CHAYIL Factors. C.A.R.E is an acronym for Connect, Altar, Relationship, Empowerment and are intentional aspects of a CPG. A CPG has three or more members who are committed to meet regularly for intentional growth, discipleship, personal transformation, building relationships, and to establish an altar to Jesus Christ for regional influence.

Examples of powerful CHAYIL Power Groups in the Bible are a CPG with: Jesus, Peter, James, and John; Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, Abednego; Paul, Aquila, Priscilla, Silas, Epaphroditus. Because of these personal CPGs they had the support and collective wisdom to fulfil their calling, survive in hostile work environments, create business opportunities, and pray in critical times for victorious results. CPG can also be established in school, workplace, community, and nations. This can be an in-person or virtual meetings (online, telephone, etc.), local or global.
